Common questions
How does billing work for multiple accounts?
Each business account is $49/month on the Pro plan, which includes 500 AI minutes. After exceeding the included minutes, overage is charged at $0.25/minute. All accounts linked to your email are billed together, so you receive a single consolidated charge.
Can I manage all accounts from one login?
Yes. Create all client accounts using your email address. You'll see an account switcher in the dashboard sidebar that lets you jump between accounts instantly. The new Reseller Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of all accounts — usage, call metrics, and status — without switching.
Does each account get its own phone number?
Yes. Each business account has its own dedicated AI phone number, its own settings, its own call history, and its own usage tracking. Accounts are completely independent — clients never see each other's data.
What about Google Calendar integration?
Currently, connecting Google Calendar requires access to the Google account (OAuth web flow). We're building a dedicated reseller authorization flow that lets you connect calendars on behalf of clients without needing their Google credentials. This is coming very soon.
Is there a minimum number of accounts?
No minimums, no commitments. Start with one client and scale to hundreds. Volume pricing is available for agencies managing 20+ accounts — reach out to us directly.
Can my clients log in to their own accounts?
Currently, all accounts under your email are accessed through your login. We're working on client-specific access that lets your clients view their own dashboard without accessing other accounts. Until then, you remain the single point of management.
